Private Residence Yoder, IN

The house was built near a set of railroad tracks in the small town of Yoder, Indiana. The homeowner, collogue of a few of the group members, claimed that unusual things had been happening in the house. A child was said to have been killed by a train on the tracks, which could explain the events. 

Investigation

This was the second location we investigated as a group. Chris Hayden had some experience with private residence investigations in Upstate New York in 2005, however the group hadn't yet done one to this point. The home owner claimed that he had seen a shadow move across a room in the house, among other personal experiences.

Personal Experiences

While sitting upstairs in a group, we all heard what sounded like someone moving around a bunch of items and making a lot of noise. However, everyone in the house was upstairs. Also, later in the night, while taking a photo in the kitchen a face of an older woman was seen in the viewfinder of the camera, however nothing showed up on the picture.

Conclusion

We experienced some unusual things, including hearing the sounds but nobody moving anything around downstairs. However, we did not capture any solid evidence.
